We utilize a network of third-party warehouses and logistics solutions around the country to ensure we can reach customers right across the continent as well as New Zealand and anywhere in the world.
With over 10,000 new and used products online, please note - not all products on our website are kept on display in our head office.

You are welcome to collect any item directly from a warehouse, provided it is stocked at that warehouse and you have a suitable vehicle.

Showroom Viewings: Unfortunately not all products are on display at all locations however please let us know which specific products you are interested in viewing and we will be happy to arrange it for you at the nearest showroom.
Collections & Deliveries: Even though 99% of our orders are shipped directly to our customers businesses, we are happy to arrange collections from any depo nearby to you.
Warehouses cannot accept payment and will not release items without our authorization
So please contact us before turning up.
Local and Interstate Locations: Even if you're not in Melbourne, Restaurant Equipment Online utilizes a network of warehouses and showrooms all around Australia and New Zealand. Please let us know if there are specific products you wish to view in person.
Restaurant Equipment Online's head office is located at G10/860 Nepean Highway, Hampton East, Melbourne, VIC 3188 (Ground Level)
Office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Order Collections can be arranged from here and there is a small loading bay at the back of the building.
We are in the same building as Chemist Warehouse and Anytime Fitness:
