Deliveries are still going ahead as usual. Freight is an essesntial service and has not been interupted. Please refer to the standard delivery times but allow for an extra day or two as the couriers are quite busy. We will update you directly if there is any issue with your order
How long will it take for delivery?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order with our suppliers.Delivery is then 2-3 business days for metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane3-5 business days for Adelaide, Gold Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle. 5-7 days for Perth, Tasmania and all other regions.Please contact the courier directly once you have your tracking number to get the most accurate delivery timeframe.
How do I check postage prices by using the website?
Each product on the website has its own delivery calculator. In the delivery tab, simply enter your postcode and then choose your suburb from the dropdown.

Why there is extra charge for the unit to be taken upstairs or inside the premises?
Most of our deliveries are made to businesses, not residential homes. Our Standard Delivery service is a business to business delivery service and runs during business hours only.Standard deliveries are 'Kerbside' meaning to the front door on the ground floor or loading bay only and does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Why does metro delivery take 3 days?
Generally our most popular items are delivered the next business day if you order before 12pm however this is not guaranteed. There are sometimes delays outside of our courier's control. We say 3 days as a rule of thumb just to be on the safe side
Can you deliver my item today? (same day)
Depending on the item(s) you’re after and where they're located, yes we now offer same day delivery:
Items maximum weight for same delivery is 35kg
Must be warehoused in the same metro city as you are.
Cut-off time for same day deliveries is 2pm AEST.
If this is the case, we can arrange a courier to collect and deliver the items to you within either a four or a two hour delivery window. Please contact us to arrange
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are not automatically sent to us by our suppliers. Even in 2020 we are still required to request each tracking number individually! We do this for all orders and then email you with the couriers' details.
Please allow a few days after placing your order before requesting your tracking number. Rest assured once we receive your order, it will be dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible, even if you don't immediately receive your tracking number.

We supply equipment to all of Australia and New Zealand. Other locations by special request.Please note that inventory is totally separate between Australia and New Zealand as it is warehoused locally. If you have a special request, contact us and we will be happy to help
Why is the delivery price different on Catch and eBay than your website
Marketplaces such as Catch and eBay have their own unique and proprietry delivery calculation systems and do not automatically retrieve delivery prices from our website.

I won’t be home for delivery can i give authority to leave?
Small items such as benchtop appliances and other equipment under 20kg is generally sent with StarTrack and authority to leave is not available, due to theft.
Large and valuable equipment will never be left on-site without being signed for.
Couriers ALWAYS call you the day before delivery to arrange a delivery window.

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing photos of the damages [email protected]
Please also advise (and include photos) if the packaging was damaged. This is a clear sign that the courier has caused the damaged while your item has been in transit.
If an item's packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery! You are able to reject it.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?
Unfortunately we are never able to guarantee a delivery date for any order. Just like 99% of businesses, we use couriers such as Startrack, TNT, Cope Sensitive freight and others to deliver your items. Do you ship to islands
Generally we do not ship to small islands unless specially requested. Small islands such as Badu, Kangaroo, King etc each have specialized couriers and there is no single courier who services every island off Australia's coast.

Can the driver help take the fridge inside?
Standard kerbside deliveries include bringing the fridge to the door or loading bay only, not inside your premises. This is due to their OH&S regulations and insurance restrictions.
You can always ask the driver on the day if he will assist to bring it inside however we cannot guarantee this as it is not up to us.
