Conveyor Ovens

Conveyor ovens typically have upper and lower, independently controlled heat sources and employ a conveyor belt to keep food moving through. Usually found in pizza restaurants as they provide an efficient solution to producing a large volume of pizzas per hour. Conveyor ovens come in a variety of widths, usually measured in inches (we convert to metric) to suit one, two, three or four pizzas across and take 30 seconds to 3 minute to completely cook a pizza. The other big advantage of conveyor ovens is their ability to be stacked so you can have two or three ovens on top of each other to really pump out the pizzas! Conveyor ovens are also available in Gas powered versions to save running costs.
